Selling price, landed cost, dimensions, weight, size tier, referral fee, fulfillment, placement, storage, returns, low-inventory, aged inventory, peak surcharge, ads and selling plan — all in one build-up.
The same cost base at five prices, with profit, margin, ROI, fees as a share of price and the price you need for a target margin.
35 referral categories with tier breaks, four fulfillment size tiers, storage rates and the other fee defaults — every rate visible and editable.
Dimensional weight, billable weight and the small-standard / large-standard / large-bulky / extra-large decision, with a note on where Amazon's full rate card has more bands.
The exact pages to verify a fee, a plain-English note on what changed in 2026, and a versioned change log.
Enter the price, expected monthly units, category and packaged dimensions. The size tier and fee estimate update automatically.
Use the supplier invoice, freight bill, duty rate and prep cost. The workbook separates COGS from the total landed cost.
Paste the exact fee from Seller Central's Revenue Calculator into the FBA fee override. The model uses it everywhere.
Profit, margin, ROI, break-even price and monthly profit are on the Calculator; the Scenarios sheet shows what happens when the price moves.
It does not connect to Seller Central, file a claim, post to your ledger or give tax advice. It organizes the numbers and the evidence so the decision — or the filing — is faster and better.
The default referral table reflects the 2026 US schedule, and the fulfillment estimate uses the 2026 planning bands. Amazon changes fees and adds weight bands, so every rate is editable and the workbook links to the official pages to verify the exact number.
The model is built around US FBA. You can set the fulfillment fee to your FBM cost and the referral rate to another marketplace, but the size-tier logic and storage lines are Amazon-specific.
