A clean paste table for date, order, ship-to state, sales, shipping, tax collected and order type — with all 50 states plus DC in a dropdown.
A modern sales-tax summary for the marketplace-facilitator era: sales by state and quarter, a 1099-K reconciliation and a clear note on what Amazon does and does not collect.
Best for: Sellers preparing an accountant pack, checking economic nexus, or wondering why the 1099-K does not match the bank.

Quarterly sales and tax for every state, share of total, order counts and a status column for Monitor / Registered / Not required / Review.
Q1–Q4 totals, average order value, marketplace versus direct sales and a printed chart.
A line-by-line bridge from Amazon gross sales to Box 1a, with the usual explanations for a difference and a clear status.
Marketplace-facilitator status by state, the five no-sales-tax states, record retention and sources.
Download the sales or tax report for the year with order date, ship-to state, sales and tax collected.
One row per order or summary line. Delete the three examples first. The state and quarterly totals recalculate.

Enter the gross Amazon figure and Box 1a from the form. The sheet shows the difference and asks the right questions.
It does not connect to Seller Central, file a claim, post to your ledger or give tax advice. It organizes the numbers and the evidence so the decision — or the filing — is faster and better.
Every state with a statewide sales tax, plus DC, has a marketplace-facilitator law. The five without a statewide sales tax are Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. Local Alaska taxes and state-specific rules still vary.

A 1099-K reports gross payments, not net deposits. It can include refunded orders, shipping and sales tax, and the calendar-year timing differs from settlement timing. The reconciliation sheet walks through the bridge.
No. It is an organisation and reconciliation tool. Confirm registration, taxability and filing with a qualified adviser or the state tax agency.
