When does each marketplace pay you?

The sale date, the date funds become available, the payout date and the bank arrival date can differ. Forecast from the schedule in your own seller account, allowing for holds and bank processing.

There are several dates in a payout

An order can be complete before its proceeds are available to disburse. A platform may then group available funds into a scheduled payout. Finally, the receiving bank needs to process the transfer. Treating those events as the same date makes a cash forecast look more certain than it is.

Check the account-specific schedule

Build a forecast with explicit assumptions

Record each channel’s next expected payout, cadence, estimated amount, clearing allowance and known hold. Keep an expected deposit separate from one confirmed in the bank. Update the forecast when account status changes and after weekends, holidays or an unusual refund period.

The free payout date forecaster provides a 13-week cash-in view from editable assumptions. It estimates dates; it does not query the provider, release a hold or guarantee that a bank will credit funds on the forecast date.

Investigate a delayed payout with identifiers

Check the provider status first, then use the payout ID, amount, currency and transfer reference when contacting the provider or bank. Avoid changing bookkeeping entries solely because an estimated arrival date passed.

Common questions

Is the payout date the same as the bank arrival date?+

Not always. The platform’s disbursement date and the date the receiving bank makes funds available can differ. Check both the provider record and bank activity.

Does the forecaster guarantee my next deposit date?+

No. It estimates dates using the assumptions you enter. Provider holds, eligibility, schedule changes, thresholds and bank processing can change the outcome.
