The service
TidyPayouts imports marketplace payout data and prepares accounting entries for your review. You are responsible for reviewing entries before they are posted to your books and for the accuracy of your accounting.
Free beta and future pricing
Beta access is free, with no credit card required. Crossed-out prices on the marketing website indicate planned post-beta monthly rates, not fees currently payable. Features, channel availability and beta duration may change. Any paid subscription requires your separate opt-in before billing begins. Your accounting software subscription is separate.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and have the right to connect the marketplace and accounting accounts you link.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it in violation of law or of the terms of Amazon or any connected provider.
Not professional advice
TidyPayouts is software, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for those.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
