Is TidyPayouts a Link My Books alternative?+
For QuickBooks Online sellers on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy or Walmart, yes: it reconciles each payout to your bank deposit and posts a reviewed journal entry. If you need Xero, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Square or accountant client tools today, Link My Books covers those and TidyPayouts does not.
How is the pricing different?+
Link My Books prices by order volume and channel count through a calculator. TidyPayouts plans one workspace price after beta: $7/month for one channel or $13.50/month for several. These are planned rates, not current charges. It is free during beta.
Can I move my history across?+
Free during beta, you can import settlement files and compare them with what your current tool posted before you decide to switch. Do not post to the same period twice: set a cutover date first.
Is TidyPayouts connected to QuickBooks today?+
The QuickBooks connection is part of the beta and availability rolls out by account. Check connection status inside the app before relying on a live post.
