Does your payout
add up?
A marketplace payout is sales minus refunds, fees, taxes and holds, plus anything released. Enter the pieces from your statement and see whether they reproduce the reported payout, and whether the bank received what the statement says.

How the bridge works
Rebuilt payout = gross sales − refunds − fees − advertising and other charges − taxes withheld − reserve newly held + reserve released ± other adjustments. If that figure matches the statement, the statement is explained. If the statement matches the bank, the cash arrived.
When the numbers do not tie
- Missing rows: reimbursements, fee credits and corrections are easy to overlook.
- Sign errors: a credit entered as a charge produces a difference of exactly twice its amount.
- Period mismatch: a refund or fee may relate to an earlier period but appear in this payout.
- Currency: a payout in one currency against sales in another cannot be bridged without the conversion amounts on the statement.
What should the reconciliation difference be?+
Zero to the cent. A difference of a few cents can come from rounding on the statement, but anything larger deserves a named cause before you post the payout.
Does a tied payout mean it is bank-matched?+
Only if the bank amount also equals the statement payout. This tool checks both: the rebuilt payout against the statement, and the statement against the bank.
Can I use this for any marketplace?+
Yes, for any payout where you can list sales, refunds, fees, taxes, reserve movements and adjustments. Use one payout and one currency at a time, and take the amounts from the statement.
Is my data uploaded?+
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
